Basic Service

Mowing

Accessible turf areas mowed per customer service agreement. Grass clippings are mulched when possible, composted on site, or removed to an organic waste recycling center.

Organic Soil Treatment

Organic fertilization and soil treatment program customized to your region and soil type. Weed control available.

Trimming

Turf areas adjacent to curbs, sidewalks, driveways & patios trimmed.

Edging

Edging performed at start of service each season and maintained through the year.

Blowing/Clean-up

Sidewalks, patios, porches & driveways blown with each mowing.

Spring Clean-up

- Our Spring Clean-up can be done anytime from January through April. We will get your lawn and landscape looking great after a long winter. Clean-up of of beds, weeding, spring pruning etc...After spring rains or big storms, call us for a one-time removal of downed limbs, leaves and debris.

Fall Clean-up

- Our Fall Clean-up is generally done between November and January. We will rake leaves and get beds cleaned up, prune shrubs and plants and get your lawn ready for winter. Depending on the species of trees on your property we can manage fall leaf collections as a one time job at the end of the season or spread it out over several weeks. Fall is also the best time for us to plant California natives and do any major lawn renovations.

Mulching

- Clean-up and weeding of bed & installation of desired mulch. We can bring it in by the bag or by the truckload. Mulching is one of the easiest things you can do to retain moisture lower your irigation cost, control weeds and create a profesional looking landscape.

Aeration

- Soil compaction makes an ideal environment for weeds and a tough environment for healthy soil and grass. Core Aeration of your lawn once every year or two helps break up the soil, introduce more oxygen and creates an environment where healthy grass can thrive.

Pruning/Trimming Shrubs

- If that hedge has gotten out of control or the shrubs are looking a little leggy, we can help shape things up.

Weeding

- Depending on the landscape and size of the job we can hand pull, flame or spray weeds with our non-toxic, organic herbicides.

Gardening

- Gardening within the limits of our employee's skill level can be done on a one time or routine basis.

Irrigation Maintenance

- Most customers rarely go back to the control box or see their sprinklers operate once they have them installed. We can adjust your timers, re-align spray heads, check for leaks and fix or add drip irrigation to keep your water bills low and landscape looking it's best. Ask about rebates for installing rain sensors or low flow sprinkler retrofits.

Low Voltage Lighting Maintenance

- Got a blown bulb or broken fixture? Has Fido chewed up the wiring? Need a new fixture or two? Call us for some illumination.
